Product status: This documentation distinguishes what is available now, what customers can evaluate, and what is coming next.

Talk is cheap. Resolution takes action.

Support AI can explain what a customer should do next. The customer still has to find the right screen, understand the interface, and complete the work themselves. Dubot turns a support answer into an approved action inside the product. It gives CX teams a way to help customers complete real tasks while keeping the business in control of what can happen. Dubot connects support intent to approved product actions

What Dubot adds

Understand the request

Receive customer intent and relevant context from a support conversation or product surface.

Choose an approved action

Match the request to an action the business has reviewed and allowed.

Help complete the task

Guide or perform the approved steps in the product through the appropriate surface.

Why CX teams start the conversation

CX leaders see the gap first. Answers are getting faster, but many contacts still end with the customer doing the hard part. Dubot is designed for requests where resolution requires a product action, not another paragraph. Examples might include updating an account setting, correcting a configuration, or completing a known workflow. Each proposed use case is reviewed during journey design. An example here does not mean that action is generally available.

What technical evaluators need to know

Dubot is not intended to receive unrestricted access to a product. Customers start with a small set of named journeys and explicit boundaries.
1

Define the allowed outcome

CX and product owners choose one high-value customer task.
2

Map the product journey

Dubot identifies the relevant screens, states, and completion signals.
3

Set the control points

The team agrees what Dubot may suggest, what requires confirmation, and what remains unavailable.
4

Test before exposure

The journey is evaluated in a controlled environment before it reaches customers.

See how it works

Follow the request from support conversation to verified outcome.
